Pregnancy, Birth and Parenting

We offer a range of one-2-one sessions in the comfort of your own home:

  • Early pregnancy: a two-hour session on pregnancy screening, pregnancy changes, self-care, nutrition, choices for birth and your general questions and concerns....
  • Labour, birth and postnatal life: a two-hour general session on what to expect in labour and birth and in the early days with a new baby....
  • Breathing for labour: a two-hour session on deep breathing and relations skills; the role of the birth partner; strategies for working with pain in labour...  Includes Natal HypnotherapyTM CD!

Our fee for each session is just £75 - or you can book all three for £175!
