‘Birth-Daze!’ - Antenatal classes

These one-day workshops are aimed at increasing your confidence in giving birth, helping you to:

• Understand the birth process and what can help make labour quicker, less painful and more straight-forward
• Learn deep breathing techniques and skills for relaxation
• Learn simple massage techniques for labour and beyond
• Increase birth-partners confidence in their role
• Develop strategies for coping in the early ‘daze’ with a new baby
• Practise basic-baby care skills

Group sizes are a maximum of eight-couples, are held monthly on a Saturday in Shepperton and run from 10am – 4pm.

Cost per couple only £75.
